Why you should own a SeamplySylvia Maxi Dress!

seamplysylvia maxi dress
I love sharing reasons to love maxi dresses! My closet is stuffed to the brim with maxi dresses and skirts and I’m always on the hunt for new styles of maxis and different ways to wear them. Right now I think I own nearly every pattern and color in the rainbow! Please keep on reading to learn my reasons to love maxi dresses!
1. MAXIMUM COMFORT
One of my top reasons to love maxi dresses is because they are so very comfortable! Jeans can be a bit stiff or tight, but maxis are always loose, comfy, and just right for any occasion. The only thing more comfy than a maxi is yoga pants and a tee!

A letter to Myself.

Hi myself,

I know its 12:33am but I have to tell you something. You have been a hard worker. You have worked so hard and dedicated your time to other things that don’t even describe you s a person. You’ve worked so hard and you have lost sight of the things that actually matter. Things like food, friends, family, medical check ups, happiness, love and even books. When last did you read? Or when last did you take a walk with a friend? When last did you pay attention to the people who love and care about you? When?

My Very Open Letter To Indigenous Rapper, Olamide

First of all, let me start by saying that your music is really appreciated in my zone and we hope to hear more good music with less sex-y words(something I'm beginning to think you cant do without).

Now that said, I’ll go straight to the point. I wasn’t born in the forest so I don’t know how to beat about the bush. Recently, your Instagram page has been on fire. Let me make it clear that your Instagram page is none of my concern but your career is my business. Matter of fact, 101%. continue

All you missed! Good luck to whoever reads this to the end..

Phewww! Our blog has become so dusty. it's been long since anyone visited. I'm sorry for my long and overdue absence. I wasn't totally absent anyway. I still function full time at www.360nobs.com. So while we're taking off all the dust and cobwebs, lets play catch up. I stopped writing here in march. At that time, I had returned from Ghana and gone right back to the hustle and bustle of living in Lagos and making it work. I went back to school, got a whack job(I didn't even know my Job description). So I was on Facebook one boring day and someone sent me a message saying he read my blog and he liked it(what was there to like?)
At first, I thought it was just another way of getting a girl to talk but then I remembered all girls aren't bloggers but you know guys of these days, they always have their ways. He went ahead to say his client needed a blogger, he dropped his contact and vanished. This was happening at the same time I wanted to leave the whack job.

How to Get the Right Man! This is step 3

Get over past hurts. Letting old wounds spill over into new relationships, whether by reliving the same power struggles over and over again or by looking at your wonderful new partner with a skeptical eye, is one of the fastest ways you can either pick the wrong guy or sabotage a budding relationship with the right one. Learn how to cope with emotional pain or, if necessary, deal emotional abuse so that you can see your new relationships for what they really are.

How to Get the Right Man! This is step 2

Look in all the right places. Start by imagining the type of man you're looking for. Make a list – at the top of which should be responsible, respectful, and honest – of characteristics, quirks, and deeper-level traits that you want in a man, but be careful not to get too caught up in non-essentials (ex. brown-haired) or you may find yourself writing off some real gems. (If you find your list goes on and on, you might have some soul-searching to do.) Then, imagine where that type man would be. Would he be hanging out at a bar? Or, more likely, would you find him golfing, hiking, getting an education, or pursuing some other similar activity? Make a list of 10 places that you would want your future husband to frequent (from art galleries to bookstores, anything goes as long as you are legitimately personally interested in what happens there and would choose to go there on your own). Finally, make a point of going to those places whenever possible - as long as you continue your own, fulfilling personal life. You've probably already found that you are meeting more men just by pursuing your passions!

How to Get the Right Man! This is step 1

Live your own life. The best thing anyone can do to be more attractive is to lead an interesting, fulfilling life; only deeply manipulative or insecure people want to be with someone who has no side interests, activities, friends, or hobbies. Think about your own tastes: would you rather be with a man who spends his weekends hiking, traveling, playing cello, and taking you to dance classes or one who sit in his living room playing video games and catching up on his favorite shows?

Hold yourself to these same standards by spending plenty of time with your friends, pursuing your own interests, and developing new hobbies. (In fact, you may just meet some interesting men while you’re there!) Don’t drop these things the second you meet someone; make them integral to your experience. You’ll find yourself happier and more independent while you’re at it, which will help steer your dating decisions and make you more compatible with interesting men as well.

Let's Get Naked!

There used to be a time when being a celebrity is determined by one’s outstanding achievement, even in the movie industry, you must have played the lead or supporting lead role in that awesome film that just smashed the box office, to be noticed, or shown great talent at your own little role; a singer gets the public attention by pulling an almost impossible fit, with his vocal prowess or creative dance moves...or having the highest album sales...like, going platinum! All things best, are always done right, right? Well, not anymore.

Tales Of A Nigerian Man #Green Card Chase...The End.

Behind the wheels on the less busy road, running forty, I was in a hurry to get back home to my deceitful and adulterous wife. How could she have done this to me, and I thought she was the victim...all those tears...pretense...the deceit! She had the effrontery to stage a drama to make a fool of me in my own house...well, now Mitch’s house, if all that she said was anything to go by.

“That is Anna, my chief cook.”

Tales Of A Nigerian Man; Green Card Chase #7

With my mouth gaped, I stared at her in shock and total disbelief, unable to utter a single word. I tried hard to swallow, but my mouth felt so dry. Every attempt at speaking ended at me shutting my mouth and shaking my head vigorously in pain. She had her eyes fixed on me all that time, wide, like I was demented or probably on the verge. I ran my hands on my face several times hoping to open my eyes to realize it was just another dream; I slapped myself thrice on the face with both hands in frustration, she felt the pain like it was her own face, she rushed towards me to stop me from hitting myself any further.

Tales Of A Nigeria Man; Green Card Chase #6

“Mitch?” I called in surprise, my heart in my mouth like I could taste it. ‘Get a grip on you, Ben’ I cautioned myself to stop from overreacting. With what seemed like a victorious smile on his face, he ushered the kids in and turns to me. The most painful part was the way the children held onto him like he was there...i just didn’t want to think of it in that way, but...no, Mitch was in my house, in a pajamas; whatever was I supposed to think? That he had come visiting and had to sleep the night? How many nights? My anger got the better hold of me; I made to lunge at the bastard...

Tales Of A Nigerian Man; Green Card Chase #5

Why was I surprised? Just few seconds ago I was in tears and pain of the realization that she had left me, and yet, looking at her standing there, I found it hard to believe. Sum it to say I knew deep in my heart that she had every reason to leave me; I gave them to her, I made her sick, unhappy and...i did to her everything a husband should never do to his wife.
I slowly got to my feet, my eyes on her sober face.

“you want to leave me? You want to abandon the kids and i? for what? After all my sufferings and pains in a foreign country all to give our kids the life I never lived, to give you all that you desire and deserve as a woman, you plan to walk away from me. If you did not have it in mind to leave, this prank would never have come into your mind.”
