I was listening to the cool station,96.9 and I heard this announcement and I felt we should all work together towards it...Its the fight against cancer. Here it is..
My name is Mrs Tutu Adeleke. I am the conveyner of the committee encouraging corperate philantropy(CECP) which is joinly promoted by the corp organised private sector in Nigeria.
On International Corperate Philantropy day, ICPD, 25th february 2013, the committee encouraging corporate philantropy adopted as its vocal cause for the year a campaign to take cancer prevention to the grassroots. This campaign will see us raising funds to acquire 37 mobile cancer centers at the cost of 95million naira each.
